Carnival volunteering positions do not require voly registration
Please scroll down for classroom/ school day volunteering information
Our school carnival only works if our community shows up! Volunteers help run games, support logistics, and keep the fun going! If we don’t have enough helpers, some games and attractions may have to stay closed—so grab a friend, pick a shift, and help make the magic happen!
volunteer shifts are organized by grade
For this event, each class is 'assigned' a game or attraction to help us ensure coverage.
Please sign up for the game or attraction connected to your child's class.
Day of shifts are 1 hour. We also have a need for set up and breakdown support!
Check-In: Upon arrival, please head to the Volunteer Booth located near the crayons at the front entrance to sign in 5-10 minutes before your shift to support transition.
Class Competition Volunteer Incentive
The first class in each grade that completely fills their volunteer slots will earn 20 BEADS!
Every class that completely fills their volunteer slots will get 10 BEADS.
The classes that earns the most beads during Carnival wins a special prize for their whole class!

The Lightning Rods! (Bad Weather Safety Patrol):
Our Safety Patrol is made up of wonderful 5th grade students! On certain days it's not safe for these kids to be outside in the elements like during rainstorms (with thunder/lightning) and when it's really cold (near freezing). This is the day for our Lightning Rods to SHOW UP and save the day! Be a part of a text group and we will signal you for help to jump on the line to open car doors and see our young ones to safety. Will need Rainy day equipment and cold weather jackets. Help us keep the staff from having to jump on the line. Once you sign up we will contact you with details.
